High School Special Education Autism Teacher

The high school special education autism teacher works with students who have autism as their primary exceptionality. The caseload is usually 12-16 students. The teacher will also have supervision of para educators and participates on various teams in the school setting along with the usual expectation for writing IEPs and conducting IEP meetings.
