Administrative Assistant - Infant Toddler Program / REACH-Winfield

REACH tiny-k Infant Toddler - Greenbush is seeking applications for the Administrative Assistant position in Winfield. 

Job Summary:  To support SEK Birth to Three staff members through clerical support.

Qualifications:

  Required: 

  1. High school diploma or certificate of equivalency.
  2. Valid driver’s license.

  Preferred: 

  1. Experience in a special education setting and working with infants and toddlers.

Responsibilities: 

Essential Functions:

  1. Collaborate with other tiny-k team members in gathering and sharing evaluation information, and in planning for the service needs of infants/toddlers enrolled in tiny-k. First priority will be given to goals set by the families.
  2. Manage completed Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) for each child; including maintenance of files.
  3. Assist in planning and implementation of public awareness campaigns.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain current records of services as outlined by the Part C manual
  2. Must support the Service Center mission, goals, and objectives
  3. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Must maintain strict confidentiality
  5. Must demonstrate proficiency in ability to produce excellent work as requested by the executive team
  6. Must assume responsibility for individual professional growth by staying current with literature, research, and/or practices
  7. Must demonstrate proficiency in ability to effectively and regularly communicate with Service Center employees and constituents
  8. Must complete all assignments in a time-sensitive manner as determined by Supervisor
  9. Must meet all safety requirements as directed by the Service Center
  10. Must perform other duties as may be assigned by the Executive Director or designee
