Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive school counseling program based on the identified needs of the state, district, and students.     


Master’s degree in school counseling from an accredited college.  

Current Kansas Teaching Certificate or license on file in the Central Office with counseling endorsement.  

Kansas Certification of Health Certificate on file in the Central Office (after employment offer is made).  

Desire to continue career improvement.
