Assistant Elementary Office Manager:

 

Woodson USD #366, Yates Center, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Elementary Office Manager.  The Assistant Elementary Office Manager position will pay $12-$13 per hour and includes health insurance, life insurance, KPERS retirement eligibility, $50 per month match towards an individual 403B invest plan and leave benefits.  The Assistant Elementary Office Manager is a 10 Month(187 days), 7.5 hours per day position.

 

Qualifications

  1. Ability to receive staff and patrons of USD #366 with a professional demeanor displaying a willingness to assist with a variety of consideration
  2. Ability to routinely work with computer programs to organize information and communicate with staff and families.
  3. Health and Inoculation Certificate on file in the Central Office (after an employment offer is made)

Compensation dependent upon experience and education.

Woodson School District 366 is a rural school district proudly serving the communities of Neosho Falls, Piqua, Toronto, and Yates Center. There are two attendance centers located in Yates Center with an enrollment of about 450 students.

The Elementary School serves Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade students and the 2A High School serves ninth through twelfth grade students. Both schools are accredited by the Kansas State Department of Education.

Yates Center is located in southeast Kansas at the junction of US 75 Highway and US 54 Highway. Teachers living in Yates Center are less than two hours away from Kansas City, Wichita, Topeka, Tulsa and Joplin.

The district has high quality administrators, instructors, and professional support staff members serving our students educational needs. Our instructors have been recognized in the state and nation for their professional achievements and contributions to public education. Our buildings have received recognition from the State of Kansas for meeting Standard of Excellence criteria established by using diverse instructional methods and utilizing technology rich classrooms.
