Responsible for administration of NJCAA athletic department activities, staff, budget, facilities, equipment, eligibility, compliance, and fundraising. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Administrative or previous management experience required. Prior experience in intercollegiate athletics (A.D., Asst. A.D., or head coach) preferred. Familiarity with NJCAA rules preferred. Must possess excellent public relations and communication skills, strong organizational, budgetary, and administration skills, and successful fundraising experience.
