The Director of Nursing is responsible for the coordination, oversight, and management of both the PN and ADN completion programs.
An ideal candidate should have a vision for transformation; continue building and improving the goals and outcomes of the programs; be knowledgeable in current nursing practice and educational trends; and possess excellent collaborative, communicative, and supervisory skills.
Qualified individuals must have a minimum of three (3) years required, five (5) years of nursing preferred, and three years serving in administrative functions. Must have current Kansas Registered Nurse licensure. MSN/Ed required, DNP preferred. Position is located in Pratt, Kansas, and requires some travel within the state.
