DIRECTOR OF ONLINE LEARNING/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER
12 month contract full-time position (renewable contract position) Starting date July 1, 2019 or negotiable.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Instructional Designer is responsible for LMS and resource management, professional development, and faculty/student support. The Instructional Designer is responsible for collaboratively working with faculty and staff in the design and development of Online Learning courses and programs. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related academic discipline required; experience with the Blackboard Learning Management System and experience with college teaching preferred.
LOCATION: Iola Campus or Burlingame Campus office location (Burlingame is located approx. 25 miles south of Topeka)
SALARY: $47,000-$57,000 based on education and experience. Excellent benefits package available.
STARTING DATE: July 1, 2019 or negotiable
