The District Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates custodial services throughout the school district. The supervisor will need to guide the janitorial staff to assure constant cleanliness and healthy environment throughout our buildings. These guidelines include, but may not be limited to: assuring appropriate procedures to protect staff and students from blood borne pathogens, working with the administration to properly secure buildings, repairing and/or installing support mechanisms (water fountains, classroom hardware, minor wiring, lighting, HVAC, activity equipment, etc.), refinishing floors, purchasing custodial items for the district and representing the district in a professional manner when visiting with vendors or the public.
