Fredonia USD 484 is looking for a Mental Health School Liaison- Bachelors or higher level degree (Masters level with experience in social work within the school setting preferred). Applicants should be qualified in behavior intervention, such as school counselors, school social workers, psychologists, or other related field. Responsibilities include facilitating the implementation of a school-based behavioral health model in collaboration with school, mental health and other community partners to advocate for the mental health needs of students within the district and according to grant guidelines. The work of the liaison may extend beyond the school setting to include community and residential settings.

Fredonia USD 484 is located in southeast Kansas, 90 miles east of Wichita. The District includes the city of Fredonia and its surrounding rural areas. It is comprised of three fully accredited schools: Lincoln Elementary, the Early Learning Center and Fredonia Junior/Senior High School. The District is a 3A school averaging an enrollment of around 700 students a year.
