USD 361 Chaparral Schools in Harper County, KS was awarded a 5 year, federally funded grant to focus on improving school climate. We will aim to accomplish our goal by providing additional mental health services, character development, and pro-social programming to our students. The objective is to increase studentsâ€™ connection to school by overcoming academic and non-academic challenges. The Project Director will provide leadership for grant management, as well as hands on service through direct contact with students and parents.

Supervises: SCTG Project Staff**
Provides grant and project oversight, and grant management; working in tandem with other school personnel to ensure all activities and initiatives accomplish their scopes of work and achieve their outcomes.
