Hutchinson High School/Career and Technical Education Academy has an opening for a Graphic Design Teacher beginning the 2020-2021 school year. Courses currently offered include a variety of graphic design, visual arts and 3-D animation courses in the Web and Digital Communications as well as the Graphic Design Career Pathways. Hutchinson is a community of about 40,000 residents located in south central Kansas approximately 50 miles northwest of Wichita. Hutchinson Public Schools is a diverse school district with approximately 4,600 students. The student body is 75 percent Caucasian, 8.5 percent African American, 15 percent Hispanic with the balance Native American, Asian and other ethnic groups.
