USD #293 Quinter Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, quality individual whose primary duty will be teaching junior high social studies. Qualified applicants for this position must be flexible and confident enough in their teaching skills to teach additional subject areas that may include forensics and a problem-based learning course. Quinter schools are state accredited and have an enrollment of 201 students in the elementary school and 103 students in the junior/senior high school. This close-knit school system daily enhances children's creative and academic gifts in various ways, including art and music classes. Quinter schools offer small class sizes, enrichment opportunities, and a complete curriculum including calculus, physics, and chemistry.Eighty-five percent of graduating students continue on to universities or technical schools. The school district provides transportation to/from school for 68% of the students.
