USD 320- Wamego Public School system- has vacancies for Substitute Teachers for the 2019-2020 school year. A valid Kansas Teaching License or a valid Kansas Emergency Substitute License is required for this position. Substitute teachers will be paid $50 for working 4 hours or less each day. If you work more than 4 hours per day you will earn $100 for that day. Long term substitutes (those working 10 or more consecutive days for the same teacher) will earn additional pay.

For five consecutive years all buildings have met AYP requirements, and our high school students scored above the state’s average composite ACT score. In addition, our students consistently earn State Standard of Excellence Awards in reading, math, and writing at all grade levels.
