The mission of Caldwell Schools, USD 360, is to promote learning as a lifelong process for all students as they prepare for the future. The schools, in partnership with home and community, will provide challenging opportunities in a safe and caring environment.
Caldwell Children`s Center-USD 360 in conjunction with Special Education Interlocal 619 provides pre-school classes to three and four year old students. The pre-school is located on the north end of the school complex.
Caldwell Elementary School-Is located on the southeast end of the school complex. The elementary houses the K-5 students in a remodeled building. The elementary has a Title I program, all-day Kindergarten, and provides after school tutoring for students.
Caldwell Secondary School- Located in the middle of the school complex is the 6-12 building which was constructed in 2003. The district provides all the state required core courses, a wide variety of elective classes, and has developed a technology rich vocational program. The school has a one to one laptop initiative in place for juniors and seniors and is in the process of expanding the program to other grade levels. Inter-distance learning is used to link Caldwell to other school districts around the state for the purpose of providing additional courses to students.
Chisholm Trail eLearning Academy-Is located on campus. Students in grades 6-12 may enroll and get their education virtually. The school is also designed to allow adult students to earn a diploma in a nontraditional setting. The program allows all 6-12 students to meet district and state requirements or to enhance marketable skills for employment.
USD 360 offers a single health insurance policy and a competitive base salary. Opportunities for supplemental positions may be available.
