Woodson Unified School District #366 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic leader to serve as superintendent of schools. This person will have good communications skills and be able to lead the district in the process of continuous improvement. This person will be able to work collaboratively with the staff, community and school board in making decisions which impact the education of students. This person must hold district level administration certification and have public school administration experience at the building and/or district level. This person should understand and be able to function effectively in the rural education environment while ensuring that all students receive the learning opportunities to prepare them for a productive life after high school. This person will at all times serve as a role model for ethical leadership.
