Behavior Coach

The Holton Special Education Cooperative is accepting applications for a PreK-12 behavior coach. This position will include providing consultation to teachers and administrator on student behavior, develop behavior plans, provide training to teaching staff, provide school-to-home outreach, as well as being a liaison for the school with community partners. This position will be placed on the salary schedule with an additional stipend. This position offers great flexibility in the day to day schedule to prioritize and complete the tasks.

The following degrees are eligible for this position:

- Special Education Teacher with behavior experience (preferred)

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) OR licensed as a Behavior Analyst (BA) or a Psychologist (LP) by the Behavior Sciences Regulatory Board
