Elementary Teacher - Spring 2021 semester

Elementary teacher needed for Spring 2021 semester.  Grade level (2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th) to be determined. The district provides 1 to 1 Chromebooks for students.  Each classroom is equipped with a Newline interactive board.  Google classroom and SeeSaw are the teaching platforms being used.  USD 454 uses a balanced literacy model and promotes instructional strategies that challenge students to think and problem solve at high levels.


Benefits include district paid single BCBS health/dental policy and KPERS. First year teaching salary is $38,000 (2020-2021) and will be prorated for the semester. Salary is based on additional learning and experience.
