The chosen leader should possess a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and have the ability to lead Trinity Academy into the future. The ideal candidate will effectively work with the President, administration, faculty, staff, students and parents. The leader will be a strategic thinker who will seek ways to continually enhance the academic, spiritual, and extra-curricular excellence for Trinity.
As lead administrator of Trinity Academy’s high school, the High School Principal is primarily responsible for the stewardship of Trinity’s mission and purpose in the high school including the spiritual well-being of its students and the faculty and staff who work there. This ministry position will involve the hiring, development, review, and discipline of employees and students in a manner that helps them grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and brings honor to God. This leader collaborates with the leadership team to ensure achievement of the strategies, goals, and objectives as outlined in the institutional strategic plan. The principal effectively stewards time, opportunity, and available resources, maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines. The principal creates and supports a climate that values, accepts, and understands diversity in culture and point of view.

School Profile Trinity Academy, with its rich history of providing a Christ-centered, college-preparatory education, will be entering its 28th year. Trinity has over 1,000 graduates serving the Lord around the world, and over 305 students currently in 9-12th grade. The school has a beautiful 80-acre campus with buildings for high school, and a K-8 school with 255 students. The high school has strong athletic and extracurricular programs with many state championships. The fine arts program is equally strong with well over half of the student body participating. The average ACT score is 25.4 with 97.7% participation, and the average student graduates with 30 hours of concurrent college credit. The campus has a 700-seat auditorium, a multi-purpose stadium for foot- ball, soccer, and track, baseball and softball fields, and two gymnasiums.
